Description
Installs the Anjuna Policy Manager.
The supported operating systems for an installation of the Anjuna Policy Manager are Ubuntu 18.04 and Ubuntu 20.04.
When no options are specified on the command line, the
anjuna-policy-manager-release-1.51.0002.bin
self-extracting installer
copies the necessary files to the /opt/anjuna/anjuna-policy-manager
directory. It also creates a symbolic link in the /usr/bin
directory
to the following utilities:
-
anjuna-policy-manager
-
apmbroker
This makes them available to all users on the server host. See the Anjuna Policy Manager configuration tool and Anjuna Policy Manager Broker sections for more information about these tools.
When the Anjuna Policy Manager Server is configured to use TLS and it is running in development
mode, the server uses the certificates located in
/opt/anjuna/anjuna-policy-manager/dev/conf/https/cert
. For production mode, it uses the
certificate located in /opt/anjuna/anjuna-policy-manager/prod/conf/https/cert
.
If an existing installation of the Anjuna Policy Manager Server is found, the installer asks the
user whether to replace it. If you tell the installer to replace the existing installation then it
replaces all the binaries in /opt/anjuna/anjuna-policy-manager/bin
, but it does not replace the
TLS certificates.
